Linnea is a physiotherapy resident and pelvic health clinician who has been instructing yoga for the past decade. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Linnea obtained her Doctor of Musical Arts with a focus on the incorporation of health promotion into music education. She now teaches a health promotion course for undergraduate music students.

Rachel Donen

Persistent Pain Specialist

MSc. Kin, CEP

Rachel has over two decades of experience in persistent pain, mindfulness, and yoga and is the author of the book series: “Back Pain Again?: 4-Week Program for Pain that Won’t Go Away”. She draws from a Master’s training in Kinesiology, 3-year Yoga teacher training, the Neuroscience of Pain research, and 5 years of study in Buddhist mindfulness and awareness.

Maggie Bergeron

Maggie Bergeron

Registered Physiotherapist

Maggie is the owner of The Yellow Room and is a registered physiotherapist and myofascial release practitioner. She has worked with wide range of athletes and performers including amateur and professional: tennis, squash, and badminton players, rock climbers, dancers, and swimmers. Maggie is also the co-founder of Embodia, a physiotherapy app designed to educate practitioners and facilitate patient recovery with personalized video exercises and education as prescribed by the practitioner.

Kristen Lee

Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Kristen joined us in May 2021 and now manages our clinic administration and marketing remotely. When she isn’t working, she can be found studying for her program in UI/UX Design and Front-end Development. Prior to that, Kristen previously obtained a BSc. in Animal Biology and worked as an administrator for the Ontario Government.
